Didn't they kinda already do that with cows too? I don't know much about India but I certainly don't think of India when I think about dolphins. It is wonderful that they are considerate of the animal's rights - now to get Japan on board too.

Can a person subscribe to Pravda, or is the join info just for the forum?

I agree with you. There are so many rapes in India and I think they are responding to it just because tourism dollars are dwindling.

Good for India, though, with the issue on dolphins. Do they consider household pets in the same way, I wonder? Maybe they don't have household pets.
