That's a pretty comical picture with everything positioned just so.
While that frog does not have teeth, there is an amphibian that does and regularly eats rodents. It's the Giant Pacific Northwest Salamander.
They are hard to find, but my daughter found one once. That guy was a giant and had teeth like a shark's. Would not want to get bit by it for sure.
