I live in Vegas, and they are common, picture was kinda bad, but my first thought was a carpet beatle too. They arent so bad in the winter, spray around your apt, they come from the bushes outside

Wow, this forum is helpful! So now I know what's been getting into the dog's milkbones, and something else in the pantry...we still have to find the source of the invasion...but now we can google carpet beetles and be effective about getting rid of them!
