So what's the deal with this baby hummingbird? Did it fall out of a nest? Does this guy sit there all day waiting for the mom to come feed it (which makes no sense).

I would probably be taking an injured wild animal to a rehab center, first - unless this guy is a licensed rehabber and this is taking place at his facility.
