It chewed through cement and water pipes! A few of those could bring down a building.

Must be very rusty pipes. Cement aint that hard to chip away. That is pretty much how all rodents get in. But do rats really get that big, or did he eat some growth hormones, or steroids that someone did not dispose of properly?
