It has been known for a few years now that sharks will leave the area if they smell another dead shark. Scientists found this out after an Orca killed a White shark off the coast of CA, the Whites all left for the entire feeding season. They have been able to replicate the smell of dead sharks and tested it on various species of sharks and they all have the same immediate reaction, "get the hell out".

That still shot on the video looks like a fight to the death. Killer whales can be really dangerous, too. Thanks for the link.

Thousands of humans have been killed by sharks.

Millions of sharks have been killed by humans.

It's obviously the sharks who need the protection.

Yea I saw this video not too long ago, amazing stuff.

Especially that one shark that was violently awoken from stupor by the smell of dead shark.
