I tried using these the other night to help me relax, they work best with a set of quality speakers. I love the sound of a thunderstorm when I'm in bed or the sound of the ocean. No, it's not the real thing, but the house was quiet and it actually helped me relax. There are other sounds on youtube as well, like the crackling fireplace with the rain in the background, and various other relaxing sounds that you can play for hours.

>Living in nature< it is easy to relax , especially after full day's work, iow every day.
for example: the babbling brook, birds, crickets, the fireplace, soft music, Loved one snuggling... etc.
