Most flowers have landing paths that appear in the uv. I don't know about color though but a good rule of thumb is that most species that are colorful (i.e. Birds, fish) can see in color.

Just remember that UV isn't in the visible spectrum. I comes close to purple in the visible spectrum, but UV is more of a light and emission, and not something of a color. I'm not sure it's accurate to say flowers give off UV light or emissions.
