I suggest your friends dress up as felines and fight themselves.
Tigers and leopards do not have any issues.

well, ignoring the fact that they don't really share similar environments, the siberian tiger has more than 500 lbs on the leopard, though i would imagine the leopard to be faster (capable of almost 40mph in the open).

Well, neither would survive once Clint Eastwood came along ... he'd just shoot them. I love these silly arguments. Crocodile versus a Shark. Polar bear versus a lion. 3-toed sloth versus a badger. So many questions.

I can't believe I'm actually answering this thread...

Lions frequently drive leopards off of their kills. This is part of the reason for the leopard's habit of dragging game into trees to feed; they can't go toe-to-toe with a cat the size of a lion. Tigers are larger and heavier bodied than lions. They are generally in the neighborhood of 500 lbs. and I think that the cold weather sub-species are even larger. Leopards top out at around 220 lbs. That's too much of a size differential to be a contest.

It's all moot anyway. Evolution does not exist; there is only a list of creatures that Chuck Norris has decided to let live.
