Yes, that right! I have been breeding meal worms for about a year now. I feed them to my oscar, bearded dragons and turtle. They were getting really expensive to buy so I learned all about breeding them.

I am now onto my first batch of super worm beetles. They are SO cool! It is harder work breeding them and the beetles are harder to keep alive. I am very excited to see some baby king worms in a month or so.

Does anyone else do this? My husband thinks it is gross but I am thinking of starting even larger colonies and selling them. He doesn't realize how much a batch of king worms is worth.

Who knew worms could be so much fun!

OMG...lol....you are like my parents
They started breeding those worms, to feed to their different birds.....
I know, there is a LOT OF $$$ in it, especially when I have to buy them to go fishing. But, sorry, yuk, couldn't get much ...huh, "enjoyment" out them...lol....

I tell you what...there are some really funny posts on here once in a while, and I really want and need to laugh.
Some posts just "slip" out, I guess. And, if you really want to smile, laugh, giggle...find some postings of my dear friend named "hiknapster"....you will roll on the floor!!! lol

Yes, but can you snuggle and cuddle with them and do they keep your feet warm at night?
