You're comparing apples and steel-belted tires.
I'm not confused about anything. I'm not making any comparisons. I'm trying to illustrate the correlation and the absuridity of the extraplations the so called experts are making.

By the way if I were to make a comparison, a far better equivalent would be steel belted tires and the steering wheel, because there actually is a correlation.

So either you are in fact missing my point, or you are saying there is no correlation between so called "global warming" and weather patterns. In which case you are simply clueless.

Hmmm. Seems to me you’re a week or so too late for that.

they always seem to overpredict snowfall amounts just to cover their ass. That's my big beef with them. Build up the excitement of 6 or more inches and only get 3. In WI back when I lived there they were terrible predicting the rain/snow line. I remember them predicting 8-12 inches and we got a half inch of ice and a little sleet. Infuriating.

That is why it is called a "PREDICTION" and not a "PROMISE."

Once again they had weather advisory with a PREDICTION of up to 3 to 5 inches max and we only got "14" inches. Sooooo close, maybe next time.

Why do they claim these radars are so accurate?

Radars are very accurate. They do a great job of showing exactly what is happening at the time! It is the forecasting/predicting that is far from perfect... Somehow all the humans and computer models just can't quite put their finger on how to accurately predict the future. When they do, I figure the end of the world is near.

Thank you.

That was exactly the point I was trying to make in which I was excoriated for.
