"King Cobra" is suing God.

Nebraska State Sen. Ernie Chambers says he's trying to make a point by filing a lawsuit against the deity.

His point? There are too many frivolous lawsuits in Douglas County, Neb.

john1960 -- Well i though i had heard every thing , first let me say that the purpose of my reply is not to bash the Sen. Untill now I never heard of him , but i just watched the NEWS and saw the article and i felt that i had to reply , first he states he is doing this because there are too many unnessary law suits being filed! Let me say that i know first hand that this can not move forward in any court in this United States of America for the simple reason that he (the Sen. ) has to properly serve the Defendant in any legal matter . Surely the Sen. is smart enough to know this ,or is he ?. AND IF NOT SURELY THE PEOPLE (HIS STAFF) SHOULD KNOW THIS ?.I do know because i have just finished suing the city of Yucaipa Ca. with 2 law suits and after 4 years of jumping thru the legal law hoops (pro. per , meaning for those of you that don't know -with out an Attorney) and have prevaled (WON), so i can say from my personal experance , been there, done it , and won it and just as acertively that there is no way in heven or hell that this senator can do what is legally called Proper Service ( as is required by LAW to the person named in the law suit "God" in this case . If he can pull this service off i would like to be there to see it. also I would like to see the JUDGE that is willing to allow this case to move forward they both need to be replaced if that happend. Talk about corruption! Talk about FRIVOLOUS give me a break is this what this guy gets paid to do !

ha. John 1960 I Just finished surffing thru the web re; the great Sen. from Neb. got to thinking , and thats bad and depressing some time. I am retired with lots of time on my hands , maybe I should relocate to Douglas County , Neb. for a while so I can help those people that he needs to get a new job .Because from I see and read it would appear that he is definately on the wrong track or at least he's on a train to no where, and the town or city does not have to go for the same ride . What do you think ?

Senator Chambers is simply losing his mind. This is definitely the most peculiar thing he has done that I know of but it’s not even close to all the antics he has played while representing the city of Omaha. We have a radical representing district 11 and yes you can definitely call it "Corruption".

.....because we all know that politicians are soooo honest about who they are when they're running for office. Showing his crazy side is probably what got him elected.

Well, if you were watching Leno last night, his little lawsuit made the opening joke routine.
