I love the variety in Nebraska between the extreme rural of western Nebraska like the Sandhills to the urban as shown in the fantastic pictures just displayed. And people think Nebraska is boring - get out and stay away from I-80!

Default Storm Over The Pine Ridge

Wow...I've not been into Omaha in over 40 years, so the pictures are pretty impressive...Thanks for posting them!

Here is a shot we took from the Nebraska National Forest just outside Chadron State Park last summer...

Nebraska has some of the most interesting weather to watch. From the crazy cloud patterns to the rapid changes in weather. Nebraska is not boring - can you imagine only having one type of weather and not the seasonal change (most probably say heck ya I can imagine no winter).

To see some of the best pictures of Nebraska's scenes do a GOOGLE using "Michael Forsberg" in the search terms. Michael's work has been in NEBRASKALAND magazine for years. He does great work.

Default Picture of clouds

Good shot. The strange bowl shaped clouds are caused by the extremely high amounts of heavy metals (such as barium, copper, lead, zinc, aluminun etc) being dumped on them from above by Chem Trail planes. These are not the contrails usually seen back in the early 80's or 90's but the persistent trails that form into clouds that obscure the Sun and poison our water, soil and air.
