Good, maybe we can get together sometime in May when I am back in Nebraska to get in 9 or 18 holes some where. I am getting tired of getting by butt kicked by my 17 year old son.

Well sounds like one of us might win for a change then. Bring your brother and I will bring my son. He shots in the high 30's to low 40's most of the time. Then we can share a laugh at WARNYOU and maybe MattDen as well.

With a population of about 500 people it would be easy to get a T-Time and the only real problem is staying out of the sand traps. ;-) I don’t play golf but now that I’ve heard this I’ve got to visit the area and see just how nice it is. The last time I was out in western Ne was back in 79 and it was beautiful with great people and food. I loved the panhandle area.

It isn't the sand traps that I would worry about. It would be the rough around the fairway. With this being in the middle of the sand hills prairie you need to keep watch out for the prairie rattler. I have yet to find a rule that will allow you a free drop of your golf ball away from one of these. You still have to hit the ball where it lays.

Guess you have to play the snake, as trying to retrieve your ball is not recommended. This could get real messy and the distance you can hit a snake is much less than that of the ball. So I would recommend using a club that you might not need for the rest of the day.
