Hi, my fiancee and i are really thinking about moving to Lincoln,NE. We found a nice little 2 bedroom apartment I was wondering if anyone would know how much it is to hook up all utilitied excpet cable and land like phone. If you could help us we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Dave.

Well apartments should already have water, so I don't think you have to worry about that.
Black Hills Energy: Improving Life With Energy. - That's Lincoln's gas service. My husband works for them so here ya go:
There's a $26 connect fee that's on your first bill so you don't have to pay it upfront. Depending upon your credit you may or may not have to pay a deposit. It varies for everyone, but it's about 2 months average bill for that property. Which I can't tell you how much that is.

LES is our electric - tpabes linked to it.
There's a $25 New Account Service fee that's applied to your first months bill.
