First it's NE.
Second, there are jobs. Not ALOT, but more than most of the country.
It also all depends on where you want to live. Omaha and Lincoln have more job openings than Grand Island or even smaller cities.

Check online. I'm sure you'll find a few to fit your needs!

Nice thing about Nebraska if both heating and air are essential, unlike some part of the US.

Well, New Brunswick has a small and largely rural population. You will probably get more detailed answers on the Canada forum.

There are many jobs available in Nebraska. But with the grammar and state knowledge you possess as evidenced from the title of this thread, I have the feeling it won't be easy for you to find one.

Not really. It took me a year and a bunch of applications to find a job in Grand Island Nebraska, finally found one and i am only getting about 10 hrs a week.

Like anywhere in the US, they're aren't many jobs at all. Nebraska has just enough jobs to serve it's population. Just because unumployment is relatively low, does not mean the prospects are good.

Useless trivia... Before the USPS made the "official" state abbreviations in 1963, NB was commonly used for Nebraska. When they standardized them in that year, NB was the official abbreviation for Nebraska, but it was later changed (can't find the year) because of the confusion with NB, Canada.

The US Coast Guard and the NLETS/NCIC law enforcement computer systems both still use NB at the abbreviation for Nebraska on vessel registrations (USCG) and when entering information into the NLETS/NCIC computer system.
