From Wikipedia: North Fork, Nevada is a very small town in Elko County, Nevada. The ZIP Code of North Fork, Nevada is 89801. North Fork, Nevada is very often considered a ghost town.

Did you already know this? Maybe someone from Elko can tell you more. I googled for this info..there are more hits for North Fork, NV, if you haven't checked them out yet.

I just looked at their weather. The high for today was forcasted to be 36 degrees with snow flurries. You can check it out on MSN and look at the monthly avg. temps and precip amounts. Friday shows a high of 59!

Very little there. Like us around Elko/Spring Creek... snow and frigid winters. It's a joy.

The OP is posting from Montana, so he may find North Fork to be to his liking.
