Maybe some of the climate websites such as this one can assist you:

https://prism.oregonstate.edu/normals/

It might be Incline Village, but you didn't specify a location such as Great Basin National Park or a city...?

Thanks! I was thinking somewhere you can buy a house - small to medium town.

Ely is probably the coolest summer place in Nevada. Pre-covid we'd rent a condo at Incline every summer, and it would get close to 90 there, while Ely is in the low to mid 80s. For me not enough difference to move there, it's really "out there" with half the population of Incline, and not near anything.

Ely is way out there. I would think closer to Dayton, Carson or Reno.

Dang! I thought since it was a ski area it would be high enough to stay cooler in the summers.

Had a chance to look at that map, and there are only a couple tiny dots of light green in Nevada. Doesn't look like NV really has any cool spots, darn it.

Although the Lake Tahoe region might occasionally get an afternoon temp of 90F or slightly above in the summer, the temps before noon are usually much cooler and the overnight temps can often be very cool (40s or 50s). If you are in the direct sun, the afternoon temps will feel hot, but if you are in the shade, it will usually be very comfortable. Plus, you aren't far from refreshingly cool Lake Tahoe. If you are near the water, there will often be an afternoon breeze right off the lake that will take the edge off of the afternoon high temps.
