I would say there are probably more available than in some other states... I just got hired somewhere and so did my mom, so there are things out there, you just gotta look!

there are a lot of minimum wage jobs and part time jobs around.

Unless you are a self-employed professional, the unemployment lines are just as long here as anywhere else.

I haven't seen many pt Jobs here either. Doesn't seem to matter what part of the state you live in.

I have a job guaranteed when I move because my cousin is a politico in a small town in NH.

However, I feel sorry for others who think that they are going to wonderful economies when they see the statistics are low for NH or Vermont. (By this I mean unemployment).

Think of the population size compared to say, Texas or Cali.

Then think again.

Do you know someone? Without connections, either open your own biz or be prepared to wait tables for minimum wage.
