We actually did end up buying a home at WHW, and have been living there for almost 5 months now. The purchasing process was a nightmare, thanks to the builder's agents, who went from sugary sweet ladies to vicious wild dogs the minute they thought things weren't going perfectly their way. I suppose that's the real estate game though - it's good business to be rude to customers, right?

As for the house, for the most part, so far, so good.

No, it's HORRIBLE business to be rude to customers, before, during or after the sale. Hopefully you had your own representation/Buyer's Agent going into the transaction. ALWAYS recommended, especially with new construction. You want someone on YOUR side, ready to be a vicious wild dog on YOUR behalf.
