But was able to get out for a walk up Elm street today

Yes it was that time of year again, a time when Elm street is blocked of from mundane everyday mom and pop cages and given over to the raw tire shredding horse power of our four wheeled amigos , the HOT RODS!

Every color, hue and brand was represented though thankfully stock boxes and tuner cars were in limited attendance,it was the largest in this multi annual event with an estimated 1,500 cars on hand. You want old Buicks, they were there, a Holiday Olds? Yep, Ferrais, Fiats and Fieros, even a black and pink one with skulls.

Murals, flames, chrome and aluminum. Fusions of Old School and current stylings, strictly rat and things that hung somewhere in between

I ran into far more people that I know this year then in previous events which was a good way of catching up, and when Mark and I got to talking he was like a mother hen worrying about my weight..it is what it is. If you know Mark you know he is a great guy. Found out an old friend has been unemployed for a while now, but they are getting by, tough time abound for some.

I do hope you enjoy the pics and vids, since it is media intense I though it best to do this in album form..if you disagree let me know, I'll have to post in at least three parts though
