It would appear that a healer is a complainer.

As Three Wolves said, Healer, heal thyself first.

Before you start at the miserable Hesser College I suggest a stint as an assistant nurse in some place like the mountans of Haiti for a view of real misery. If you are going to feel sorry for yourself your should have a real reason.

I am a healer and it seems as though I will be the only one of a wellness mindset in the entire city.
Please tell me I'm wrong!
Should I just accept that this place would be better off nuked and prepare for a miserable 2 yrs in school?

be grateful that you can still get an education. Hesser College is now known as Mt. Washington College as of July 1st. So stop being miserable and proudly proclaim you are "in college".

You need an attitude adjustment or some of your self-proclaimed therapy, because whatever you are doing for yourself is not working.

I posted before reading some of the previous posts. I see that I've repeated what some have already said, but it can't be said enough.

Depends on what your lookin' for. I do not want a lawn. I will not own a lawnmower. I will not plow my driveway. I will run my truck over the snow and flatten it out. Then I'll sit on my deck in 30 degree weather, have a nipper and look at the snow in the trees. If I get chilly I head back inside and thaw by the wood stove and read a good book.
