Hello,

We're thinking about moving to New Hampshire from Florida and we have 3 children. What are some of the fun things to do with kids around your state?

There is so much to do here. We have beaches, mountains, lakes, rivers....so get out into nature and have fun. There is the SEE Science Museum in Manchester, Santa's Village, Canobie lake, Water Country, Children's Museum of Dover, Odiorne State Park (with a touch tank), Storyland. Go skiing. Head to Boston for the day.

How old are your kids so I can tailor it more??

I have 2 and 3 year old boys. They love going to the beach. Benson's Park in Hudson has a great playground and walking trails. Beaver Brook in Hollis has trails and they offer nature classes for kids. There are numerous places that offer children's art classes if you are interested. There are YMCAs for sports/art/etc. Amoskeag Fishways has programs as does Massabesic Audobon Society. They are both in/near Manchester. Lots of farms to pick apples/pumpkins/strawberries/blueberries. Lonesome Lake and Diana's Baths are two great hikes up in the White Mts. There are numerous indoor play places like Discovery Stop in Londonderry and Nuthin But Good Times in Merrimack. There is no lack of fun stuff to do around here.
