Does anyone know of any apartment leasing companies that allow pets in Durham or its vicinity?

I'm a college student thinking of transferring and will most likely need to find a restaurant job? Are there a lot of restaurants in Durham or nearby?

I worked with the family of a 2nd year UNH student last year. The student housing situation wasn't pretty, parking was a nightmare, and she ended up purchasing a small manufactured home in Somersworth. You could look for rentals here on the NH MLS (Northern New England Real Estate Network - Official Website of the Northern New England MLS) or ask a real estate agent to help you search.

There may be plenty of restaurant jobs in the Dover, Somersworth area, and in the opposite direction, Barrington/Lee. The Wildcat bus line would be available if parking would be an issue (UTS | Wildcat Transit | Home)

Place an ad in the local newspaper stating your requirements. Yes, people still read newspapers.

As stated above, contact a local real estate agent that does rentals.

If you do find a landlord that takes pets then grab it. Most do not. Most landlords do not take pets for obvious reasons and also liability reasons.
