Switched from AT&T back to Verizon with a Motorola droid m. Customer service is top notch and friendly and willing to help you with any problems at least there not a bunch of freaking yahoos like AT&T. I'll never go back to At&T for as long as I live

Sprint. No 4G where I live/work but for $60/month on unlimited data/text can't beat it. I think I'm using upwards of 7GB/month.

What is a tracfone?

Monthly contract based phones. Same with Boost and Virgin. They all use either Verizon, AT&T or Sprint towers.

still don't think they're likely to be much use outside large city/town areas. I know for a fact they don't work out here in Monadnock - even though there are cell towers that my verizon can pick up.

Verizon doesn't have service in the Jaffrey area, but they roam on US Cellular.

Some of you know i had a big problem with verizon coverage over years. In Dec it became impossible to use the new phone and the updated more expensive plan. I had never been able to be inside the house and make 1 call since we moved here in Dec 06.

Well today, I bought a middle of the road US Cellular and just got done talking to my son from the bed room, inside the house.

I've stuck with US Cellular for 10 years now. My work takes me all over rural NH and Northern New England and I've always had better service than my counter parts that use Verizon. I've just got a dumb flip open type phone so I couldn't comment on data packages and such.

I am not the phone person in my family unit of 2.... But the model we selected is called Pantech / Verse. it slide vertically to open the keyboard which mimics a pc display. I believe it can access e-mail accounts, and do pics.

I just want my wife to be able to make a phone call.. or get one.

We missed one in Dec for which there is no record of it getting into voice mail. The sender passed away today....

I think the message said something like I have a few weeks to live..... We found out last night....

I am so angry at verizon i could spit...
