I retired a decade ago as a chemical engineer. I worked in nukes all over the world.

I wasn't ready to stop working though, so I work as a much needed substitute teacher and see the frustrations first hand. Once upon a time I regretted not entering the field of education, but not anymore.

I would have been one of the teachers that quit after a few years.
