newport rentals (sales, apartments, homes)

I read here recently that there is another site about advertising rentals and/or sales of homes or apartments? I am purchasing a large property in Newport, NH and would like to hear from anyone that knows of a forum that is similiar to this were I can advertise apartments. Any help on this would be great plus your opinion on that town and the makeup of the economy, property and bussiness in that area.
