Probably you need to go to Concord DMV for the drivers Lic this one time, but can do the car at the local town hall, for a buck more than going to the local State Police DMV.
Don't forget depending on who ever's birthday month you may pay more months than 12 to get the car(s) registered this one time and once any car is you have 10 days to get a safety sticker, and that isn't cheap anymore either.
