O New Hampshire I am ashamed for thee, the first of the colonies
to strike a blow for liberty and declare in writing the desire to be
free, of oppressive rule and tyranny . O New Hampshire I am ashamed
for thee

For now in our state house there are those who conspire with the traitor in
Washington, that wicked liar, the destruction of our nation his ultimate desire
These are the people by vote you did hire, they laugh and play while setting
our country on fire

And now we have reached the point of no return we cannot blindly go back
after what we have learned. the truth for too long we've spurned, we fight on
while for peace we yearn

Perhaps yet again we will win victory, perhaps again we shall be free, crowned
once more with liberty, and O New Hampshire no one will any longer need
be ashamed for thee

"Rednecks Anonymous"

In a dim lit parkin' lot, they file in at 6 o'clock
Down on Madison Avenue, in black shades and BMWs (uh huh)
They cover tattoos with their long sleeves and hide their skull cans underneath the seat.
Then they walk through the door, down the stairs to a circle of folded chairs.
And they sit down... and old boy says 'Welcome ya'll, who wants to start us off?

[Chorus:]
Stand Up, Give your first name, go on speak up, don't be ashamed,
If you're a hick, son, start confessin' the life you've kept hidden
Knowin that deep down you're one of us...
Welcome to the weekly meeting of Rednecks Anonymous

Charlie took the floor said call him Chuck.
Said he hates his car and wants a monster truck
With a cattle guard and a gun rack
Then he sat down and everybody clapped
(Uh huh)

Then Mary Beth broke down
Said last night she went down town
Said she danced up on a bar stool
Even sang karaoke and rode the bull...
And got bucked off...
Lee leaned over and hugged her neck
Said All right, who's next?

[Chorus:]
Stand Up, Give your first name, go on speak up, don't be ashamed,
If you're a hick, son, start confessin' the life you've kept hidden
Knowin that deep down you're one of us...
Welcome to the weekly meeting of Rednecks Anonymous

And he said: You know what? I've heard enough,
Ain't nothing ya'll need to recover from.
Stop livin' life, take some pride, take the twelve steps
On down the street, to the corner bar.
Who's comin' with me?

[Chorus:]
C'mon Stand Up, tell the world your name, go on speak up, don't be ashamed,
If you're a hick, son, start livin' the life you've kept hidden
I'm so glad you're one of us...
And I never wanna see you at a

Thankfully, I live in OLD New Hampshire

Old New Hampshire
Written by Dr. John F. Holmes
Composed by Maurice Hoffmann

Quote:

With a skill that knows no measure,
From the golden store of Fate
God, in His great love and wisdom,
Made the rugged Granite State;
Made the lakes, the fields, the forests;
Made the Rivers and the rills;
Made the bubbling, crystal fountains
Of New Hampshire's Granite Hills.

Old New Hampshire, Old New Hampshire
Old New Hampshire Grand and Great
We will sing of Old New Hampshire,
Of the dear old Granite State

Builded He New Hampshire glorious
From the borders to the sea;
And with matchless charm and splendor
Blessed her for eternity.
Here, the majesty of mountain;
Here, the grandeur of the lake;
Here, the truth as from the hillside
Whence her crystal waters break.

Old New Hampshire, Old New Hampshire
Old New Hampshire Grand and Great
We will sing of Old New Hampshire,
Of the dear old Granite State

Old New Hampshire, Old New Hampshire lalalalalala

NH is no different under Obama than under the previous administration as far as I'm concerned. Everyone calls Obama evil for taking our rights away and is the scapegoat for everything. Under the previous administration, I was not a fan of the Patriot Act or secret drone strikes. Where was all the complaining about taking our rights away then?

Democrat, Republican, it doesn't make any difference. They will all take your rights away if you let them. NH needs to quit picking sides and stand up as the Live Free or Die State.

Of course, I support whatever Commander in Chief I have. I'm an equal opportunity pessimist about both parties...

Since bush is no longer in office people tend not to complain about him..just the way it goes.
