OP said they were looking for country, thats why I suggested Dunbarton. I just moved out of Goffstown, lived near the village from 07-2011, enjoyed my stay there, was nice to be able to walk to have all those main street stores at waling distance as well as glenn lake and the uncanoonuc mtns. I really did enjoy the town. My biggest gripe with goffstown was the traffic, the oppressive police force and the high taxes. Their tax rate is not much lower then Bow's and their schools arent as good. I do miss being close to the village but i dont miss driving on 114 or goffstown back road. what should be a 10 minutes drive to manchester can take up to 25 minutes... |

The more we look at things, the more I keep going back to the North side of Manchester. It seems to be the "nicer" part of town. Also close to Catholic schools, parks, etc.
If I'm missing something, please let me know. Thanks!

there is no doubt that if you're going to live in Manchester, the north END is the place to be.
