OK, except there was no need to do anything

you have a similar issue, I think starting a new thread
with your specific situation is the best thing to do. Unfortunately, what happens with
many old threads is that someone new will post and someone will respond to them, but then someone ELSE won't notice the dates and will respond to the original poster from many years back, and it gets very confusing as some are responding to the original situation (which may have been resolved many, many, many years before) and others are responding to the new poster (which doesn't always have even a similar problem). Frankly, it's a little nuts. (

I thought GregW may have just not noticed the dates when he responded, since the new guy posted 3 times (to a 3-year-dormant thread) and then disappeared ... GregW is a very helpful poster, and I have already rep'd him.
