Does anyone know about Stone Farm Apartments in Lebanon, NH?

Any reviews from people who have lived there?

Any outside observations from people who have seen the premises?

Much appreciated!

Default Also looking into Stone Farm for 2014

Hi all,

Do any current City-Data folks have experience with Stone Farm Apartments? We, too, are looking into living there while we transition to buying a home in the area.

Besides the gorgeous views, I'd like to know your opinion of management, emergency maintenance requests, snow plowing, condition of apartments, safety, heat in winter, sense of community and so forth. If you have knowledge of other apartment complexes in the area (such as Meadow Brook Village, another possibility), I'm looking for recommendations.

Thank you!

Toby

It may be difficult to find someone here who actually lives in these apartments.
But no harm in asking.

If these are larger apartment complexes they probably have a management company.

If this information is crucial to you it might be worth a drive up to Lebanon and look.

Good Luck.

Thanks. I will be up next weekend to take a look. You never know, sometimes on City-Data you find people who have exactly the experience you're looking for.

I believe these are the ones that I can catch a glimpse of when driving down 120. They seem nice and it's a nice area. Can't speak more specifically.

Thanks for commenting, Lady Fern. We took a close look the other day and decided it was not for us. Meadowbrook Village was more our style.

We're looking for an apartment for a year before we buy. I may start a new thread that's more general than this one.

Did you move into MeadowBrook Village? Can you give a review so far? I would appreciate it, I'm looking at these apartments now.
