That Politico article means nothing, just more misleading media propaganda. A hodgepodge of statistics compiled by a journalist hardly equals practical, useful meaning journalism or facts. In other words, it's not saying much. "Strength" is a subjective and relative term, that one state is stronger than another is laughable, it's not a strength competition. New Hampshire has one of the highest rate of marijuana use by youth at 10-12%. No strength there but lots of young pot heads.

These kids grow up with not a lot of ambition, work ethic or job skills. Many end up on welfare.

And FYI politico is now known as a left wing site so you can expect liberal propaganda for sure. Be careful what you believe on the internet.
