Private actively managed woodlot or new construction? That area is quite rural, haven't been to Mt Cardigan in a long time.

Timber sale for a private landowner that I am managing. The skid trails were laid out to be ski and snowshoe trails after the sale is done and will junction at this view cut.

What an absolutely gorgeous photograph of my favorite white oak. I have taken many pictures of this tree, with and without leaves, but never at sunset - it's beautiful.
