The GOP is running an attack ad piece in a local paper written by House Speaker Marshall Cobleigh (R). It slams skyrocketing gas prices when gas prices are falling.
It's no wonder the piece is out of touch. The guy's been dead for 5 years. The GOP appears to be really hard up for anything to slam Jean Shaheen with. What next? An attack ad written by Hoover?

The headline of this opinion piece bore the date Oct. 27, 2014 which gives one the reasonable expectation that the opinions and statistics cited in the piece related to current energy problems, as well as the present state of the race between Senator Shaheen and her challenger, former Senator Scott Brown.
The inclusion of this 6 year old opinion piece appears published with the intention of misleading readers, not educating them.
So I called the editorial board and spoke with a guywho identified himself as "Muzz".
Muzz defends publishing the dead guy because it was submitted by the Republicans as their response to Shaheen. So it's not deceptive - get it?
I asked him if he had any thoughts from Abe Lincoln on the debate.
Thinkin' if this dead guy can write a current op-ed, he can probably vote too. Maybe it's a Halloween prank?
It's pretty eyebrow raising for a newspaper to pull a stunt like this. Fosters Daily Disaster is a name well earned. No wonder nobody reads a paper anymore.
I want every single roadside sign to go away too. I'm sick of those. I saw 10 all lined up in a row for Marilinda Garcia. One would have been enough. Zero would have been enough, actually.

Just be thankful they weren't Kuster signs especially if they had her picture on it

Why are Kuster's looks suddenly an issue by the way? Is it because Marilinda is a (very) attractive woman?
I mean, Charlie Bass was no looker himself so what gives?
