Utility prices in milford/manchester (Derry: car insurance, houses, taxes)

Can someone please help me out?? I'm considering moving from long island to the milford area, and i'm wondering about utility prices. Can someone please tell me what the average electric bill is, as well as car insurance. I have a 2000 windstar, if that helps any. Right now in long island, my electric bill is 300 per month (real expensive). i have a 2200 sq. foot house. any info would greatly be appreciated, also if anyone has moved from ny to this area, i'd like some input if possible. thanks in advance.

For a house that size you're probably between $100-150 on average per month for electrity, of course depending on your usage!

Taxes vary depending on the quality of the house (and price!) but generally you're looking at ~$4,000 to ~$8,000 range, with most houses closer to $5K. I use www.carlsonre.com (broken link) (make sure to select New Hamposhire since this one does seveal NE states) for searching through houses in the manchester area. I lived in Manchester for 10 years and now live in Derry.
