I know a big part of the White Mountains is already past peak - or so they (the news) say!

Does anyone know for certain if that is the case?

Yes, peak color is likely in the SE 1/3 of the state now. This is what my family says and what the maps indicate.

If you are looking for peak color, I would actually head south of rhe border, down to the Mohawk Trail or south Shore areas. I'm in Londonderry and we are sadly past peak already. Lots of golds (maples) and deeper burgandy (oaks). Take & share sime pics
