Happened in Berwick, ME but the scumbag was from Dover...

Man arrested in connection with hit-and-run that killed service dog | Local News - WMTW Home

I'll assume hitting the dog was an accident, but to speed off afterwards awards him time in a special level of h@ll as far as I'm concerned.

He was afraid to stop because he had a warrant out for his arrest because he didn't pay his fine after being caught driving on a suspended license. Of course, when he hit the dog he was still driving on a suspended license.

Hope he's getting a good beatdown in jail right now....

That's been on tv. The scumbag. And I always wonder why so many people are driving around with no license?? No license=do not drive. No wonder he didn't have a license and now look what he's done.
