I'm not sure how many jobs this translates to but I thought it was newsworthy that NH is the place where the Army's new pistol will be manufactured.

Sig is currently short about 200 employees in NH IIRC. I worked there for a bit a number of years ago.

I don't know what will be manufactured at the new plant in Arkansas but they have 4 or 5 facilities here in NH.

The P320/M17 is a nice firearm, it's high on my want list.

In my totally unreconstructed and unhumble opinion our forces made a huge mistake when they abandoned the Colt 1911.


I am pleased that there are some government manufacturing contracts in NH.
