Anyone have a suggestion on a good Steakhouse near N. Conway? I'm not looking for those franchise types.
Willing to travel 1/2 hour +/-

The only "steakhouse" near North Conway is Merlino's -since 1967-. However, I don't think it's very good. If you want a decent steak in the area I would probably go to Welcome to Tuckerman's Restaurant & Tavern in Intervale or DeaconStreet Restaurant / Martini & Whiskey Bar - North Conway NH.

Stickney's Steak and Chop Pub at the Omni Mt. Washington Hotel, 30 miles away. Haven't eaten there but I've eaten at other Omni hotels and they do have very good steak offerings.

Not steak but while you are in Conway or if you are ever in Portsmouth or Hampton try the Flatbread Pizza Co.
