I agree with previous posters that Milford could be a really nice fit for you! Some other towns to consider would be Hudson, Merrimack or Londonderry. They would have most of the things you are looking for.
You might also like to consider Amherst, Brookline, Goffstown, or Auburn. These are very quaint NH towns with a great community feel. Not a ton of businesses/restaurants in those towns but have nice town centers and definitely access to farmer's markets and those types of things. I'll DM you some more suggestions!
I've seen several towns mentioned, but unfortunately, 300k for a move-in condition 3-bedroom home in towns (other than Nashua & Manchester) is going to be tough.
OP seems to be willing to buy a house that needs work.
