Thanks everybody for all the wonderful birthday wishes, and the belated ones too! I had a wonderful birthday, the sun was shining, the birds were singing, and I got to play in the dirt AND have a birthday cake too! Suzet, is that really one of your cupcakes?? It looks and sounds fantastic!! And how apt--I wonder how many POUNDS I would gain LOL! Thank you for sharing--would love to see more pictures of your yummy baked goodies!!

Yes Ma'am it sure was one of my own. I also just made another one that is a dutch chocolate cup cake with a white chocolate, cream cheese filling. I am wating for the filling to harden up a bit in the fridge before I fill the cakes. I love love baking. It is kind of a spiritual experience for me.
I am so happy you had a great BD. I checked the weather on that day and it looked like you got a good weather day.
Suzet, Your cupcake looks yummy! I can't turn my oven on in the heat, because my house already feels oven-like! Supposedly you don't need a/c in Ventura County. Can you send me a cupcake too? They have these new plastic containers for just one cupcake...I think it might melt on the way though, LOL.

Next time I bake Boo I will send ya some. It will be awhile though, as I am going back on my cleanse monday. I cant temp myself anymore
