Are you taking a driving course? If so, then you have an instructor you can ask which % is correct. If not, you should consider taking one before you take the test - it really does help.

If your main concern about the test is understanding the questions, ask if you can have an interpreter. Yes, I see that you are working on your English, that is great! Sometimes it can be more difficult when you take a test, so ask about the interpreter - sometimes they let you. The worst that can happen is that they say 'no'.

Yes his English is better than some in my area - it was a generalization not specifically addressing the OP. =) but great points!
