I do not think that the government should bail out or give money to any corporation like the Big 3. I'm not reading about Toyota or Honda looking for bail outs. Any bail outs given will NOT help for the long term. All they will do is post pone the inevitable demise of these poorly run companies. Let nature run it's course and them run their companies on their own and if they run out of money, then let them deal with it. These companies have the option of scaling back and ruducing their overhead to keep profitable. Their management has choosen not to do this. That was the choice of management. The government and tax payers should not be responsible for public companies who cannot manage to keep their businesses profitable... period.

AMEN Brother!

IMO: The Unions must be rid of to even be competitive with "Detroit South" a bail out would be throwing good money (from hard working taxpayers at that) over bad. Bankruptcy must be in the future of these 3 for this to happen for the betterment of all.
