Roommate wanted in Portsmouth (to rent, house, utilities)

Hi all,

I rent a small 3 bedroom house near downtown Portsmouth that I'm looking to rent out one of the bedrooms for. Roommate must be reasonably clean, love or at least tolerate cats, can be quiet during the day when I'm working and have a stable source of income.

Rent is $650 per month with utilities included except phone and offstreet parking for 1 car.
