sure. but to specifically line them up with Imbolc, Beltaine, Lammas & Samhain?! no, those indigenous tribes are not using the SAME celtic holidays. Now if it were just a case of lining up for equinoxes and solstices that would be one thing. But the cross-quarter days? I don't buy it. besides, hasn't there been a shift in exactly when the solstices/equinoxes fall since then? They're saying Mystery Hill is older than the Stonehenge and the pyramids. I thought there had been a shift. If so.. then how can the rocks in the perimeter line up to a current calendar?
Mind you I think the village is fascinating, I just think some of the perimeter stones are stretching things a bit.

Yup, quite correct!
"pagan" simply means "country" as "heathen" simply means "of the heath". Not all Pagan/heathen religions use the same holiday schedule and have nothing to do with a Christian concept of 'Devil'. and somehow the rule 'you shall have no gods BEFORE (ahead of) me' turned into 'you shall have no gods other than me' -which interestingly does admit that there are other gods.
