Concord Hospital has a Family Health Center that may have a sliding scale, contact Wentworth Douglas, Portsmouth or even York hospital to see if they have a clinic. Due to the shortage of primary care doctors in the state, hospitals have clinics for patients without doctors.
There are two TB tests, the skin test where you have to go back to have it checked and there are two new lab tests. You do not want the lab tests due to your lack of funds, I know that the Quest one is over $100.

We drove through Stoddard a couple of weekends ago. Very neat community center. Old NH at its best.

FYI, although I know its a lil late, but TB testing is done by every Health Department for about $5 (although price might be different where you live)

Illegal aliens can bring TB in. In order to be a volunteer at the hospital it is a state law that I had to have a TB test before I could start working there.

We still get them here in the military also. Guess it's not dead around the world. I also hear about prisons having TB problems...
