I have stayed there.
It did not "seem" haunted to me.
Maybe I was "lucky" to not have "seen" anything.

My then 16 year old daughter and I stayed at the Inn about 20 years ago. She woke me up in the middle of the night to ask if I had just been in the bathroom. She saw the light on and heard running water. We were in separate beds and did not share the bath with anyone else--there was a wall there. We stayed there last year with her children and they stayed in the same room. Although completely renovated, she recognized it and has always talked about the "ghost sighting" through the years. And she is not a believer of ghosts like I am! I saw nothing....

Has T.A.P.S. been there to investigate yet? Does anyone watch ghost hunters?

Hi Kat - I've seen the show a couple of times. I don't know if T.A.P.S. has been there, maybe someone whose lived in the area longer would know. If they ever do come to Littleton, there are quite a few places they could investigate...I would have loved to have had them come to the rental we lived in!

I actually joined the TAPS forum this morning and dropped a line about Thayers. I believe the owner/crews/employees must call TAPS in to investigate, they can't just pop by and get their show aired.

But I told them about the NH forum posts about Thayer's inn and how its a topic of discussion here. On their archives I was unable to see if they have already investigated, but I think they come to NE a ton, especially since they are out of Rhode Island. I would love to see them investigate the Inn in Littleton!
