How is the town of Epping to raise a family? We are going to be relocating from NC to NH, and I noticed this town has alot of new construction for a decent price. We have 3 kids, so want a decent school system..
thanks!
Jen

Epping has a somewhat "dated" reputation of being a backward inbred community. Fotyunately that perception has been outlived in recent years Much of that reputation has been improved with recent development. Epping is no longer perceived as a pimple on the derrierier of southen N.H.

I'm not sure if it has changed, but the property taxes there were fairly high. There isn't much downtown, but there are some nice country areas. It is also in a good location for travel since it is near major highways.

Super Walmart, Lowe's, several very nice local restaurants and a new Market Basket about to be built. Plans for a multiplex theater are also in the works.
