Do you have a specialty that you'll be looking to get back into? Elliot Hospital is based in Manchester, and has one of the few Level 3 NICU's in NH. My nephew was born at 25 weeks gestation, and today is a healthy little boy thanks in part to the excellent care from Eliot. You might also look into Catholic Medical Center (CMC) in west Manchester. CMC is the home of the New England Heart Institute, and they are considered THE place to go for all cardio issues:
